Task
Delivery of small to medium packages in a local area for a package delivery service. This involved sitting in the driver's seat for 4-5 hours a day.

Problem
The original equipment truck seats were not adjustable, and provided poor lumbar support.

Intervention
Installation of adjustable after-market seats to accommodate a wide spectrum of the population, providing good low and mid-back support.
